A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, Canada, & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

A. Our processing time is 1-2 days. After the carrier receives your order, it will usually take 5-10 business days to arrive at your door. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
